How long does it take to get access to the Portal after I sign up?

Once an EnviroMerica representative has created your account, you will be sent an E-mail message containing instructions to complete the initial setup. After completing this step, you will have instant access to the Compliance Portal.

I logged in successfully. Now what do I do?

After a successful login, you will be directed to the Dashboard. Here you will notice five items under Things To Do. These are recommended action items you must perform immediately after logging in for the first time.

I can’t remember my password. How do I reset it?

Click the Log In button, then click the link titled Get help now!, which will prompt you for your E-mail address. The system will send you a link that will allow you to reset your password.

I am ready to create accounts for my staff. Why is the Add an Employee button is grayed out after clicking the Employees tab?

You may have forgotten to setup your Facility. In order for you to add an employee, you must first setup your facility.

Why am I unable to see the Employees tab after I log in to the Compliance Portal?

You were most likely not designated as a Facility Administrator when you signed in. Your manager needs to assign you the Facility Administrator role.

I have my username and password, but I cannot access the portal. What do I do?

First, please make sure that you’re connected to the Internet. If that’s not the problem, contact our technical support at 888-323-0583 or 650-655-2045.

I finished watching the first video and I’m ready for the next. However, the next video is grayed out. Why am I unable to continue?

You may have missed answering the training quiz at the end of the first video. You must pass the training quiz with a score of 70% or higher before proceeding to the next video. Please go back and complete the quiz.

Why am I unable to view training documents after downloading them to my computer?

n order to view the (PDF) training documents, you will need an application, such as the free Adobe Reader.

Why are videos slow when I watch them?

If a video is playing slow, or pauses and resumes repeatedly,
this may be caused by the following issues:

  • You may have too many programs open, which can affect the
    performance of your computer.
  • Your computer may be infected with a virus, which could affect
    its performance.
  • Your system’s hard drive may be fragmented, and may need to be
  • Your system may be running low on battery, if using a laptop or
    other mobile device.
  • Your facility may have reached the maximum bandwidth capacity.
    In other words, there may be multiple people in your network
    downloading large files, watching videos, streaming music, etc.
  • Your system may lack the necessary resources to watch videos
    (i.e. RAM, CPU, etc.)

If you are experiencing this symptom, please contact your IT
Administrator for your facility.

Our Office Manager asked me to modify our Safety Manual. Why am I only allowed to download it?

You were most likely not designated as a Facility Administrator when you signed in. Your manager needs to assign you the Facility Administrator role.

We have a new employee. She has to be trained in BBP. I tried to register her but the system says ” You have reached the maximum number of employees that are allowed to receive online training.” What should I do?
