What is the subscription cost for the Compliance Portal?

The subscription cost is $59 per month for facilities with one to 10 employees. Each additional employee is only $5.

What’s included with the Compliance Portal?

Safety Manuals: This portal allows the user to easily and quickly, customize, create, modify and download their facility’s Safety Manual that includes: Exposure Control Plan, Hazard Communication Program, Emergency Plan among others.

Records Manuals: This portal allows the user to easily and quickly, customize, create and modify their facility’s Records Manual that includes all the forms that the facility needs in electronic format.

SDS Manuals: Hundreds of Safety Data Sheets in an easy to search, view, print, and organized system. Maintaining site-specific records is a vital OSHA requirement and this tool makes it worry-free.

Training Videos: train all of your employees on BBP, HIPAA or Hazard Communication with an easy to understand online video training course.

Certificate: We will recognize all your employees for successfully completing their regulatory compliance training requirements through our system-generated Certificate of Recognition. These certificates must be retained by the facility and shown as proof for any regulatory inspections.

Is there a long-term agreement required for the Compliance Portal?

No, there is not. You have the option of subscribing on a month-to-month basis. However, if you wish to have a long-term agreement with us, you will receive additional discounts on the price. The discounts are 5% for one year, 10% for two years, and 15% for a three-year commitment.

Does EnviroMerica provide a more comprehensive compliance service than just the Compliance Portal, such as on-site inspections and live training?

Yes we do. EnviroMerica provides on-site inspection and implementation including labeling and posting required signs and posters, as well as live certified trainings in all aspects of regulatory compliance. This service comes with EnviroMerica’s Guarantee Against Fines, which is the indemnification of the facility against monetary penalties imposed by OSHA resulting from any errors or omissions by EnviroMerica on all services provided up to $2 million per incident.

Does EnviroMerica provide CPR training?

Does EnviroMerica provide inspection support during inspections for the Compliance Portal subscribers?

Yes we do. All basic Portal subscribers will receive inspection consultation over the phone by certified consultants when and if a regulatory inspector shows up at your door. All you have to do is contact our Customer Care Department at 888–323–0583 or 650-655-2045 and inform us that you have an inspector in your facility and they will transfer you to the right person. You must make sure that the inspector has not been given permission to enter the facility and he or she still remains in the waiting area when you call.

If you are an EnviroSafe™ Complete or Premiere subscriber, not only will we consult you on the telephone, but if necessary a consultant will conduct an on-site visit to the facility prior to the inspection date.

As EnviroSafe™ Complete and Premiere subscribers, you will also have EnviroMerica’s Guarantee Against Fines, which is the indemnification of the facility against monetary penalties imposed by OSHA resulting from any errors or omissions by EnviroMerica on all services provided up to $2 million per incident.

Does EnviroMerica provide accreditation consultation such as AAAHC, AAAASF, CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, IMQ, etc.?

Does EnviroMerica Guarantee their services?
